I have a surgery BA4, who require a locum Practice Nurse as follows:

Start:                     asap
Days:                     2-3 per week (not Mondays)
Hours:                   8.30am-6.30pm (but very flexible)

Location:              Shepton Mallet, BA4
Parking:                Parking on-site
Pay:                       £35 per hour, self-employed
